Realtor.com is the biggest real estate portal in the US and as leader in their industry they wanted to make a move from the usual photo driven imagery to something more inspiring and engaging – and that’s where we come in.
Even though properties are the actual product being rented, bought our sold we believe that people are actually the heart of the operation so we created a character driven system where everything revolves around these huge set of modular designs.
For this section of the illustrated system we developed a series of layers within some simple perspective rules so they could be endlessly combined to create new compositions when needed with a couple of clicks.
This is one of the more complete and exhaustive illustration systems we’ve worked on with 150+ illustrations delivered so it’s safe to say that we’ve covered almost everything. Yep.
